this is a marketing agency working with major businesses in kazakhstan across fintech, construction, government, and sports.

I joined as a junior and grew into a growth lead over two years, leading a team of four. I worked directly with c-level executives and stakeholders, connecting them with the team.

over those two years, my team and I generated more than 100 million views:

• through viral collaborations with creators whose combined audience was over 10 million followers;
• through viral tiktok formats, including street interviews;
• through content placements in kazakhstani social media pages and a ugc program.

we got content spreading across kazakhstan through creators, local pages, and user-generated videos. I talked to creators and page owners, planned the posts, and made sure everyone knew what to do.
